Bob Mauterstock
Bob Mauterstock is recognized as an expert in the areas of retirement income planning, long-term care planning, and veterans' benefits. He has been a financial advisor to hundreds of families over the last 30 years and has helped them achieve a worry-free, comfortable retirement.
In addition, he has helped many families deal with the chronic illness of a family member. He has worked with them to create a long-term care plan using Medicare, Medicaid, Veterans' Benefits, and other resources to protect their assets. He is an accomplished speaker and authority on the financial concerns of the elderly. He has developed a program entitled "Leaving Your Mark" to inspire elderly parents to work together with their adult children to preserve their legacy.
After graduating from Princeton University in 1968, Bob served as a Navy Helicopter Pilot with Helicopter Combat Support Squadron Four from 1968-1974. He received a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Connecticut and holds the designations of Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Chartered Financial Consultant (CFC). Bob is also Certified in Long-Term Care (CLTC). Bob lives with his lovely wife, Mary, on a quiet pond in Brewster, Massachusetts. He spends his free time flying his model airplanes on the beautiful beaches of Cape Cod near his home. Their daughter, Stephanie, lives in New York City where she runs a s charter school created to offer a quality educational alternative to inner-city kids.
